About The Workshop
Hi Learners! If you’re a designer, product person or developer, you’re probably already doing some UX whether you know it or not. Light on theory and heavy on practice, this 8-session course will help you formalize your instincts into a structured design process and documentation through industry standard tools such as Sketch and Invision to prototype and wireframe design solutions. The aim of User Experience Training is to connect and convey how insights into customer behavior — from problems to solutions — can optimize any product or service.
What will you learn?
By completing this syllabus, students are expected to:
1. Find the right problem, define the costumers and their behaviors, and understand what competitors are doing.
2. Understand the basic of design thinking and step-by-step of design sprint.
3. Create a prototype of the product and test it.
