Learn How to Paint Rainforest Using Acrylic Painting
About The Workshop
Hi Learners! Painting offers various benefits to our children. For instance, learning to paint the parts that they see while making sure their hand movement is at par with their vision, will develop their hand-eye coordination.
Painting trains them in making decisions when choosing which colors to be used and mixed in order to achieve the look that they desire. It helps them to communicate their emotion or feelings through the use of different colors in the painting. It also allows children an educational and a recreational opportunity at the same time since it is fun and exciting.
Perhaps the greatest benefit is the fact that provides you and your children a great platform to bond and spend valuable time together.
Therefore, Kala would like to invite you and your children in joining Kala’s acrylic painting workshop whereby we will be learning on how to paint a landscape of a rainforest.
Painting landscapes is the best way for children to learn about colors. Since nature’s palette is vibrant; its subject matter is diverse; and the light is rich. On top of that, putting imagination and creativity in the image of nature will develop their empathy and compassion for their environment.
This workshop is in an accordance to Kala’s “Paint for a cause” this month, as we are gathering funds to support BOS Foundation in their effort to rescue and rehabilitate orangutans welfare in Kalimantan. Hence, 50% revenue we received from this workshop will be donated to nurture Sura, Kopral & Shelton, 3 orangutans in BOS Foundation’s care.
We look forward to your interest and support. See you in the class!
