ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Chef Lukman Hakim has an International School Hotel education background. He was born in Jakarta on November 20, 1971 and has a long experience, among which was once a pastry chef at Mulia Hotel Senayan and Sheraton Airport Hotel and several hotels in Jakarta. Chef Lukman is an expert in making dessert dishes and is currently working in one of the first class satherings in Jakarta
