About The Workshop
Hi Learners! Do you realize that despite the transformative power of technology, there are still anxieties and challenges around the potential role of technology in our lives? That being said, countless developments have been made by startups, entrepreneurs and businesses alike, to not only advance but to ensure the inclusion of technology in every aspect of human life especially in the South East Asian region. And not only that, the government side also play a crucial role in supporting local innovations, either through policies or other forms of assistance.
In this session, we will discuss about how tech innovations can address social issues and contribute to sustainable development goals. Join our session, and be a part of a global movement addressing the world’s challenges through innovation and the power of collaboration!

ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Ellen is the Secretary General of Coworking Indonesia Association, and also the co founder of Kekini Ruang Bersama, a coworking space in Cikini.
Over the last 10 years, Richie has helped reputable brands and institutions such as Martha Tilaar Group, CIMB Niaga, Kino Indonesia Tbk, Re.Work and many more, in building creative concept, purpose and meaning through sharp and spot-on strategic branding. Richie also served as director at Jakarta Founder Institute, channeling his passion to aspiring young entrepreneurs and tech startup through local workshops, seminars and talkshows. He also currently works as an active lecturer in University Prasetiya Mulya where he encourages students to think outside the box.
Hana is the Communications Marketing at Waste4Change (waste4change.com) - a social enterprise that provide waste management services from upstream to downstream.
Jourdan Kamal (Born in Indonesia) is a Singapore graduate and internet entrepreneur. He is best known as the founder of MauBelajarApa.com, currently the largest workshops directory platform in Indonesia. Tria Areianno is a public policy and government affairs expert. A seasoned public policy / international affairs expert and government & public affairs practitioner, with fifteen-year experience working on government affairs, regional affairs, policy and regulatory analysis, and information strategy in safeguarding corporation objectives. A strategic thinker on analyzing complex issues, posses resourceful network (including military) and the ability to influence law making and regulations. A Fulbright Scholar and a master’s degree in economics from Yale University, USA.
