ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Nova Eugenia is a Founder & Chef at FitLokal. Along with Dipha Barus, Bambang Reguna Bukit (Bams), and Jocelyn Halim, FitLokal is founded in 2017 to gain health awareness in Indonesia's food trends. The unique concept of the business nurtures Indonesia's traditional culture style of selling foods, using 'Gerobak'.

Dave is a Co-Founder at Three Folks. As an experienced Barista, his passion in coffee started ever since he sharpened his barista skill in one of the roastery coffeeshop Bali.
Naradipa (or Dipa) is a Co-Founder in Three Folks. Interested in the coffee industry ever since college days, he started his own roasting business.
Kuncoro (or Cun-Cun) is a Co-Founder in Three Folks. His passion is in Ice Cream. The peculiar varieties of ice cream flavour offered in Three Folks menu all featured the work of Kuncoro (Raspberry Yogurt, Choco Berry Granola, and Salted Honey Granola)
As a Founder in HolyChick! Indonesia & Alfred (Grand Indonesia), Timothy developed his love towards business at a young age and started his own company (18). Since then, he's now currently involved in business projects spanning multiple industries, including limited to private equity, renewable energy, aviation consulting, and export/import consulting.
