    Started a career in F&B since 1996 and created several successful restaurant brand internationally. Host of tv culinary programs. Certified Advisor and Black Belt by World Sushi Skills Institute in corporation with Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. Grand Finalists World Sushi Cup 2018 in Japan. Now he is also the President of Indonesian Sushi Chef AssociationHaving some restaurants, such as 3 wise monkeys, 3 monkeys, beyond & bar, we & eatery, pokinometry, sushi joobu, honu poke bowl and others
