ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Chef Eko Wahyono has been in the culinary world for almost 15 years. Currently he is often called as an assessor in cooking competence in tourism schools. He is also called as a judge in a cooking competition. Currently he is a lecturer and teaches at one of the universities in Jakarta and Chef Eko also work as Executive Chef at Nona Manis Restaurant in Kemang, South Jakarta. One of his mainstay menus is Iga Bakar and Chef Eko is also an expert in other Indonesian cuisines.
