He has worked at many famous places including Intercontinental Hotel, Meridien Hotel, Pacific Metro, Graha Layar Prima, Cassis Core, Aria Boga Jaya, Indiglo Inti Mandiri, and many more. An expert in Western, Italian and Mediteranian cuisine, his specialty is creating Tapas.
