ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Chef Yuda Bustara is a MODENA Chef Indonesia graduate who strives to bring MODENA closer to the community and to educate people in coking simple, healthy, and delicious daily food in order to nurture a smart, quality family lifestyle. A graduate of Taylor's College School of Hospitality Tourism in Malaysia, Chef Yuda previously worked at the Crown Casino Hotel in Melbourne and in several Malaysian dining and bistro restaurants. He is currently active as a food stylist, has hosted an Urban Cook program on the Asian Food Channel, and also serves as a cooking instructor at several cooking schools in Asia alongside other renowned chefs.
