ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)
Kareyca Moeloek has always been an avid health and fitness enthusiast. After living 10 years overseas in Australia, she has an extensive experience in the F&B and/ or hospitality industry with great interest in inspiring young millenials to make healthier food decisions throughout their lives. Today, she is the brand and operational manager of the first smoothie bar Berrywell and healthy 'warteg' restaurant concept Fedwell in Jakarta, with the mission to make healthy living enjoyable and part of an everyday lifestyle in Indonesian market. Now with 5 operating outlets across Jakarta, she is channeling her passion in the health industry encouraging a positive impact on nutrition and healthy living.
Atika Ramadhani is a nutritionist who currently works at Leafwell Catering. She's also a healthy lifestyle enthusiast especially in physical exercise. Atika has graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Nutrition Science.
