Specially when it comes to back pain, going slow and soft helps a lot. Learn how to prevent and heal both chronic and acute back pain and injury with practicable ability using moving wisdom of yoga, tai chi, and a little shiatsu. This session will be guided by Utari Syaukat – the first Indonesian to be certified as Stråla Yoga Guide.

She wants to help people to live with less stress, build resilience, live with ease, kinder to themselves and others, and to accept themselves as who they are.
She then took Stråla 200-Hour Ready-to-Lead training in Spring 2016 and 100+ hour advanced leadership training at Strala Yoga HQ, in July 2017, both in New York City with Tara Stiles, Michael Taylor, Sam Berlind, and Kayleigh Pleas as the faculty members, so she could put her plan to action.
She’s now starting #DifferentIsGood and #EaseForPeace movements. If people want peace, it starts from being at ease and embracing differences — cause different is good.
