Accurate Information – By creating Workshop you will be responsible to make sure all information submitted to maubelajarapa.com is accurate. Any misleading information or mistake made intentionally or unintentionally (for example: wrong insertion of workshop date / location, etc.) will lead to the suspension of your account and in the event if it cause inconvenience to the participants, you are required to bear full responsibility including compensating any financial loss he/she might incur due to deficiency in your given information;
Actual Workshop Day – As the educator/host/organizer of the workshop, you are responsible to make sure that the workshop/class will be delivered in a conducive environment;
Fee Charges – The marketing and administration charges per ticket sold through MauBelajarApa.com is 20% of the sale price (for price range of Rp 100,000 and above) and a flat rate of Rp 20,000 per ticket sold below Rp 100,000;
Workshop Status Confirmation – You are required to login to your educator ‘s account to confirm the status of your schedule whether the class will be ongoing or cancelled, at least 3 days before the class start. Any unresponsiveness or last minute cancellation or changes made within 24 hours of the workshop time which causes major inconvenience to our administration and the registered participants might result you in the following penalty: Suspension of your account plus a 20% fee of the total sale price which you have to settle within 10 working days from the cancellation date;
Price Display – You are not allowed to publish your class elsewhere with a price lower than in the displayed on MauBelajarApa.com or issue any discount without informing us. We will have the right to remove your Workshop or amend the price accordingly if found and if there is any existing registration, we will reimburse the remaining difference to the customer without your consent;
In-House Discount/Promotion Campaign – In the event if MauBelajarApa.com issue our own discount/promotion campaign in our website (for example: 10% discount for our members who are celebrating their birthday), we will bear the discount cost within the 20% fee we are charging you;
Free Workshop – All free workshops will be reviewed and if approved, we require our logo and website to be mentioned in ALL your media channel of promotion. For example: “Workshop Supported By MauBelajarApa.com” or “Media Partner: MauBelajarApa.com”. Failing to include us will result in the removal of your workshop in our website listing;
Sponsored Workshop – You are required to inform us if your workshop is sponsored/supported by a particular brand(s) (with the exception of venue sponsors) and additional fee might be charge. Failing to inform us will result in the removal of your workshop in our website listing;
Payment & Workshop Completion – All fees will be transferred to your bank account within 3-4 (three to four) working days after you have completed the Workshop. Therefore, you are required to login to your workshop dashboard and click “complete workshop” in order for us to process your payment;
Special Price For Your Own Members – In the event if you have any special price for your own school/institution/co-working/community membership, please kindly state in the “note for admin” in the step 5 (five) of the Workshop creation;
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Any cancellation or major change made to your workshop information (such as Price Increase, Location, Date, Time or Teacher) will result in notification being sent out to the participants who have purchased your workshop and they are entitled for a complete refund. You will be charged with a processing fee of 3% of the total amount paid by the participant(s) who requested for refund due to the major change or cancellation made by you (payable to our account within 10 working days of the cancellation date). Customer refund will be handled by us;
Force Majeure – In the event your class/workshop has to be cancelled due to an act of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, civil commotion, riot, war (declared and undeclared), revolution, or embargoes, then said failure shall be excused for the duration of such event and for such a time;
Vendor’s Responsibility – If there’s any cancellation or amendment made by you, you are encouraged to contact the participants personally even though our system will send automatic notification email to them;
Customer’s Right – Registered participant who has successfully purchased your workshops is not entitled for cancellation or refund, unless you have made some major changes to the workshop information (such as Location, Date, Time or Teacher) or there is some unforeseen circumstances (due to an act of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, civil commotion, riot, war (declared and undeclared), revolution, or embargoes), after they purchased. However, they are allowed to transfer their seat to other party. In the event if the participant request for a schedule change, the decision will be given to you;
Social Media Promotion -We are not obligated to publish your classes on Instagram. However, if you wish to secure a confirm placement on our Instagram feed, you may contact us via email and a fee of IDR 800.000,- will be charged per post. The design and time of the post will be decided by our team;
Photo Banner For Workshop Promotion – you are responsible to upload original photos or images which are free of for personal and even for commercial use;
Right To Curate – Please kindly refrain from using photos which have a lot of text and logo. Our design team has the right to replace any images for curate purposes;
MauBelajarApa’s Service – MauBelajarApa.com’s services are only a marketplace for Educator and Learner. We do not hire or employ Educator nor are We responsible or liable for any interactions involved between the Educator and the Learner who purchase an Educator’s course via the Services. We are not responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to conduct of Educators or Learners, including, but not limited to, any Learner’s reliance upon any information provided by an Educator.

Pelaksanaan Hari Workshop – Sebagai pendidik/tuan rumah/penyelenggara dari workshop, Anda bertanggung jawab memastikan workshop/kelas diselenggarakan dalam suasana yang kondusif untuk menyampaikan materi yang Anda deskripsikan;
Biaya dan Ongkos – Biaya pemasaran dan administrasi per tiket yang terjual melalui MauBelajarApa.com adalah 20% dari harga jual (untuk kisaran harga mulai Rp 100,000 ke atas) dan tarif rata Rp 20,000 per tiket yang dijual di bawah Rp 100,000;
Konfirmasi Status Workshop – Anda diwajibkan login ke akun Pendidik Anda untuk mengonfirmasikan status jadwal Anda terkait apakah kelas jadi dilaksanakan atau dibatalkan, setidanya 3 (tiga) hari sebelum kelas dimulai. Ketiadaan respon dan/atau perubahan atau pembatalan mendadak yang mengakibatkan kesulitan besar terhadap administrasi kami dan partisipan yang sudah melakukan registrasi dapat berakibat terjadinya penalti berikut ini kepada Anda: Penangguhan akun Anda, ditambah biaya 20% dari total harga jual, yang harus Anda selesaikan dalam waktu 10 (sepuluh) hari kerja dari tanggal pembatalan/perubahan besar mendadak;
Tampilan Harga – Anda tidak diperbolehkan mempublikasikan kelas Anda di tempat lain dengan harga lebih rendah dari yang ditampilkan di MauBelajarApa.com atau memberikan diskon apapun tanpa memberitahu kami. Kami memiliki hak menghapus Workshop Anda atau menyesuaikan harga dengan sepantasnya apabila pelanggaran ditemukan, dan apabila ada registrasi yang sudah ada sebelumnya, kami akan mengganti rugi sisa selisihnya kepada pelanggan tanpa memerlukan persetujuan Anda;
Diskon Internal/Kampanye Promosi – Dalam hal MauBelajarApa.com memberikan diskon internal/kampanye promosi di situs web kami (contoh: diskon 10% bagi anggota kami yang sedang merayakan ulang tahun), kami akan menanggung diskon tersebut di dalam biaya 20% yang kami tagihkan kepada Anda;
Workshop Gratis – Semua workshop gratis ditinjau, dan apabila disetujui, kami mempersyaratkan logo dan situs web kami untuk dicantumkan dalam SEMUA kanal media promosi Anda. Contoh: “Workshop Didukung oleh MauBelajarApa.com” atau “Media Partner: MauBelajarApa.com”. Kegagalan pencantuman kami akan berakibat dihapusnya workshop Anda dari daftar di website kami;
Workshop Bersponsor – Anda dipersyaratkan memberitahukan kepada kami apabila workshop Anda bersponsor/didukung oleh merek dan/atau merek-merek tertentu (dengan perkecualian sponsor lokasi acara) dan memungkinkan adanya biaya tambahan/dan kami dapat menagih biaya tambahan kepada Anda*. Kegagalan memberitahu kami akan berakibat berakibat dihapusnya workshop Anda dari daftar di website kami;
Pembayaran & Penyelesaian Workshop – Semua pembayaran akan ditransfer ke rekening bank Anda dalam waktu 3-4 (tiga sampai empat) hari kerja setelah Anda telah menyelesaikan Workshop. Karena itu, Anda diwajibkan login ke dasbor workshop Anda dan mengklik “workshop selesai” supaya kami dapat memproses pembayaran Anda;
Harga Khusus untuk Anggota Anda – Dalam hal Anda memiliki harga khusus untuk keanggotaan sekolah/institusi/co-working/komunitas Anda, mohon nyatakan di “nota untuk admin” dari langkah 5 (lima) dari pembuatan Workshop;
Pembatalan & Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana – Pembatalan atau perubahan besar apapun yang dilakukan terhadap informasi workshop Anda (seperti Kenaikan Harga, Lokasi, Tanggal, Waktu atau Guru) akan berakibat pemberitahuan dikirimkan kepada partisipan yang telah membeli sesi workshop Anda dan mereka berhak atas pengembalian dana penuh. Anda akan ditagihkan dengan biaya pemrosesan sebesar 3% dari jumlah total yang dibayarkan partisipan dan/atau para partisipan yang meminta pengembalian uang dikarenakan perubahan besar atau pembatalan yang Anda lakukan (dibayarkan ke rekening kami dalam waktu 10 hari kerja semenjak tanggal pembatalan). Pengembalian dana kepada pelanggan akan ditangani oleh kami;
Keadaan Kahar – Dalam hal kelas/workshop Anda harus dibatalkan karena bencana alam atau keadaan lain di luar kendali yang wajar, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kebakaran, banjir, huru-hara, kerusuhan, perang (dideklarasikan dan tidak dideklarasikan), revolusi, atau embargo, maka kegagalan tersebut akan diampuni selama durasi keadaan tersebut dan untuk kejadian tersebut;
Tanggung Jawab Vendor – Apabila ada pembatalan atau perubahan yang dibuat oleh Anda, Anda didorong untuk menghubungi partisipan secara pribadi, walaupun sistem kami akan mengirimkan email pemberitahuan otomatis kepada mereka;
Hak Pelanggan – Partisipan teregistrasi yang telah berhasil membeli sesi workshop Anda tidak berhak atas pembatalan atau pengembalian dana, kecuali Anda telah membuat perubahan-perubahan besar pada informasi workshop (Lokasi, Tanggal, Waktu atau Guru) atau ada hal-hal yang tidak terduga (dikarenakan bencana alam, atau keadaan lain di luar kendali yang wajar, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kebakaran, banjir, huru-hara, kerusuhan, perang (dideklarasikan dan tidak dideklarasikan), revolusi, atau embargo), setelah mereka membeli. Namun, mereka berhak mentransfer kursi mereka ke pihak lain. Dalam hal partisipan meminta perubahan jadwal, keputusan akan diserahkan pada Anda;
Promosi Media Sosial – Kami tidak berkewajiban untuk mempublikasikan kelas Anda di Instagram. Namun, apabila Anda ingin memastikan penempatan di Instagram feed kami, Anda dapat menghubungi kami melalui email, dan biaya sebesar Rp 800,000 akan ditagihkan per post. Desain dan waktu dari post tersebut akan ditentukan oleh tim kami;
Spanduk Foto untuk Promosi Workshop – Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menggunggah foto atau gambar asli yang bebas dipakai untuk keperluan pribadi ataupun komersil;
Hak Kurasi – Dengan hormat kami mohon untuk tidak menggunakan foto yang memiliki banyak teks dan logo. Tim desain kami berhak untuk mengganti gambar-gambar apapun untuk keperluan kurasi;
Layanan MauBelajarApa – Layanan MauBelajarApa.com hanyalah pasar (marketplace) untuk Pendidik dan Siswa. Kami tidak menyewa atau mempekerjakan Penddidik ataupun bertanggung jawab atas interaksi apapun yang terjadi antara Pendidik dan Siswa yang membeli kursus Pendidik melalui Layanan kami. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas perselisihan, klaim, kerugian, cedera, atau kerusakan apapun yang mungkin muncul dari atau terkait dengan tindakan Pendidik atau Siswa, termasuk, namun tidak terbatas pada, kebergantungan apapun dari Siswa terhadap informasi apapun yang disediakan oleh Pendidik.
