Circle Share (Journey) – Gratitude By Sarah Amijo
About The Workshop
“Be thankful for what you have, you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you’ll never ever have enough.” – Oprah Winfrey
Gratitude allows us to celebrate the present. It magnifies positive emotions. Research on emotion shows that positive emotions wear off quickly but how does one actually continue to be grateful in life? In our fourth series of Circle Share (Journey), we are honored to have Sarah Amijo, Creator of Big Bear & Bird, also the author of the best selling Journal of Gratitude book, to share her thought and experience with us.
Circle Share is a community gathering which consists of inspiring talks and practical discussion on issues which are commonly faced by entrepreneurs.
What will you learn?
Every event includes self assessment, discussion and networking time after a talk. This is a great opportunity to meet with other entrepreneurs across various industries who are willing to share and learn from one another.
Discussing issues involving the community helps to lead to solutions. Talking things through with other members improves social skills as well as relationships. Knowing how people feel about certain issues let you know more about that person, and in turn, you learn more about yourself. Hearing what other people have to say may sway your own opinions about something.
