Hi Learners! Calling all coffee enthusiast and all of you who curious about coffee! Do you want to get the basic knowledge about coffee and the skills to differentiate various beans? Do you curious about how coffee is processed, roasted, and brewed? Plus, get a deeper knowledge about brewing method? You will also get a glimpse about the history of coffee (do you know that coffee was first discovered by a goat a thousand years ago?).
If you feel the excitement, come and join this workshop! Bring your curiosity with you, no former education required!

ABOUT THE TEACHER(S)

Started merely as a hobby, Freddy’s passion for coffee grows bigger as he learns more about coffee roasting. He started his career as a roaster in 2014, and less than a year later, he built his own roasting machine. From the beginning, Freddy has had very special interest in various kinds of coffee beans in Indonesia. His customers range from local developing coffee shops, restaurants and hotels in Indonesia, to overseas cafes and stores. Nowadays besides being a roaster, he is also focusing his time on being a consultant for his clients. He aims to serve as a better roaster and shares as much knowledge as he can with other coffee lovers in the country.
